Return of goods is carried out within 14 calendar days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" provided:

• The product has not been in operation, has not been dismantled and has retained its presentation;
• Seals, stickers saved;
• Packaging is not broken;
• Availability of a warranty card and a document confirming payment.

The restriction on return includes goods, the list of which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine - Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994.

Refunds for returned goods are made within 7 banking days.

Return or replacement of goods under warranty is carried out during the warranty period set by the manufacturer, provided:

• Confirmation of an authorized service center that the product is of inadequate quality;
• The packaging of the goods is not broken;
• Payment document and warranty card saved.
